1. Inside your Microsoft Excel worksheet, find and select the cell that contains the text you wish to fit.

2. After that, go to the top menu bar and then click the 'Wrap' option under the Home tab.

3. After completing these steps, the format of the text will be adjusted to fit within the selected Microsoft Excel cell.
