1. Log in to Zapier, click on "Create," and then select "Zaps" to get started.

2. Click "Trigger" to proceed.

3. Search for "Calendly" to set it as Trigger App.

4. Choose a trigger event.

5. Sign in to your Calendly account and click "Continue."

6. Select a "Webhook subscription scope" then “Continue.”

7. Click “Test trigger.”

8. Select "Continue."

9. Search and select “Google Meet" as the action app.

10. Choose an action event.

11. Sign in to your Google account to proceed.

12. Click “Continue.”

13. Select “Allow.”

14. Complete and customize the required fields to continue.

15. Click “Test step.”

16. Select "Publish" to complete the integration.

17. Completing these steps will integrate Calendly with Google Meet, boosting your content management and productivity.
