Guide

1. Go to Forms.app and click on the three dots under the form you want to connect with Trello.

2. Select "Edit" to proceed.

3. Click "Connect" on the dashboard.

4. Search for "Trello" and click on "Manage."

5. You will be redirected to Zapier in order to connect the two tools. Log in to continue and click "Connect these apps."

6. Click on the drop-down to choose an event.

7. Select the form you want to connect with Trello.

8. Click on "Continue with selected record."

9. Select an event within Trello.

10. Select the board that you want to integrate the form with Trello.

11. Finish the required fields: choose value, file attachments and URL attachments as necessary, then click "Continue."

12. Click on "Publish" to complete the process.

13. Now go to your Trello account and click on the board you selected in Zapier.

14. Click the "Power-Up" icon on the top of the board.

15. Click "Add Power-Ups."

16. Search for "Zapier" and click on "Add."

17. Click on "Add" to enable Zapier integration for the board of your choice in your Trello account.
