  1. Inside the main dashboard of your MS Access database, go to the top menu bar and tap 'External Data'.

  2. Choose 'ODBC Database' from the available options under Import & Link.

  3. Following that, specify your preferred data source and destination. Once done, tap 'OK' to continue.
