1. Head over to the left-side panel, then click 'Create'.

2. Select 'Zaps' from the list of options.

3. After that, click 'Trigger' to start the integration process.

4. Search for 'Intercom' and select it from the suggested results.

5. Next, choose your preferred 'Trigger Event'.

6. Tap 'Sign In' afterwards, then log into your Intercom account.

7. Subsequently, choose your preferred Intercom workspace and then click 'Authorize Access' to proceed.

8. Tap 'Test Trigger' to run your inputs.

9. Once done, click 'Continue With Selected Record'.

10. Following that, find 'ActiveCampaign' and select it as the Action app.

11. Next, click the drop-down menu and then choose the specific 'Action Event' you prefer to use.

12. Tap 'Sign In' afterwards.

13. Subsequently, provide the API credentials of your ActiveCampaign account and then click 'Yes, Continue to ActiveCampaign'.

14. Fill out the input fields with the required information.

15. Once done, tap 'Continue' to publish and activate the integration.

16. After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be integrated with ActiveCampaign.
