1. Go to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.

2. Select 'Integrations' from the list of options.

3. Subsequently, tap 'App Store' to proceed.

4. Search for 'Freshdesk' and then select it from the recommended matches.

5. Following that, click 'Install Now'.

6. Tap 'Authorize Access' to agree to the terms and grant the necessary permissions.

7. Enter your Freshdesk Domain and Freshdesk API Key into their respective input fields. Once done, tap 'Send'.

8. After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be integrated with Freshdesk.
