Navigate to the left-side panel and then click the 'App Store' icon.
After that, find and click 'Mailchimp Sync'.
Tap 'Install Now' to proceed.
Click 'Sync Your Subscribers' afterward to establish the integration.
Provide your Mailchimp user credentials, then click 'Log In'.
Tap 'Allow' to agree with the terms and grant the necessary permission.
Finally, select the specific Mailchimp list you want to integrate with Intercom.
