1. Click 'Create' and select 'Zaps' to begin creating a new integration workflow.

2. Click 'Trigger'.

3. Search for and select 'Slack' as the trigger app.

4. Choose Send Channel Message or Send Direct Message based on where you want to notify.

5. Authorize Slack and connect your workspace account.

6. Search for and select Zoho Forms as the action app.

7. Choose 'API Request' as the action event.

8. Select 'Accept' to grant Zapier access to your Zoho Forms.

9. Click 'Continue' once you have successfully added your Zoho account.

10. Select the channel to which notifications should be sent.

11. Test to confirm that Slack receives the correct message format when a form is submitted by clicking 'Test step'.

12. Once done, name your Zap.

13. Save and activate the zap to start automated notifications by clicking 'Publish'.
