1. Head over to the left-side panel and click 'Create'.

2. Choose 'Zaps' from the list of options.

3. After that, tap the 'Trigger' tab to start the integration process.

4. Search for 'Smartsheet' and then select it from the recommended matches.

5. Next, specify your preferred 'Trigger Event'.

6. Tap 'Sign In' afterwards, then log in to your Smartsheet account.

7. Subsequently, click 'Allow' to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.

8. Provide the information needed to set up the Trigger accordingly.

9. Once done, click 'Continue' to run your input and test the Trigger.

10. One more time, tap 'Continue' to proceed further.

11. Following that, search for 'Slack' and select it as the Action app.

12. Next, click the drop-down menu and pick the specific 'Action Event' you prefer to carry out.

13. Click 'Sign In' afterwards, the log in to your Slack account.

14. Subsequently, read the terms and click 'Allow' to grant the necessary permissions.

15. One by one, fill out the input fields with the required information.

16. Once done, click 'Continue' to publish and enable the integration.

17. After completing these steps, your Smartsheet account will be integrated with Slack.
