1. Click on the "Elements" tab on the left sidebar.

2. In the search bar, search 'Frame'. From here are pre-made shapes or frames that you can use for masking in Canva.

3. Search for an image that you want to apply to your mask.

4. Now that the image has been added in your design. Click the image.

5. You simply need to drag, drop and apply it.

6. That's it! You've successfully applied a masking effect in Canva.

7. Once you're happy with the masking effect, save your design by clicking 'Share'.
