1. Navigate to your desired repository.

2. Go to the 'Pull requests' tab.

3. Select the pull request.

4. f you and the other person are working in the same repository, you can tag them in issues or pull requests by typing their username.

5. You can mention the user by typing their username.

6. Once done, click 'Comment'.

7. By following these steps, you can communicate with the user by mentioning their names in the comment section.
