1. Inside Buffer's Create Post panel, find and select the specific channel you wish to use.

2. After that, click the text field and start typing your caption.

3. Make sure that your caption stays within the character limit. To do that, check the character counter right below the text field while typing the text. You may use as many characters as allowed to optimize your caption. Just don't exceed the cap.

4. Once done, review your post once again and click 'Save as Draft' or 'Add to Queue' to proceed further.
