1. To organize tags in ConvertKit, navigate to the 'Grow' section.

2. Click 'Subscribers,' where you can create new tags.

3. Add tags to individual subscribers by selecting the subscriber.

4. Click the add icon to add a tag to individual subscribers.

5. Select a tag and manage existing tags by using a clear naming system that reflects different categories or interests within your audience.

6. By managing your tags, this will allow you to effectively segment your subscribers based on their engagement with your content or products.
