1. On your homepage, click on the text box labeled 'Start a post'.

2. Click 'More' to find the poll option.

3. Click the 'Create a poll' icon, it looks like a bar chart in the post composer.

4. Fill out the poll details, start by typing your poll question.

5. Add your options by filling out the empty option fields.

6. Choose how long you want the poll to remain active.

7. Click 'Done'.

8. Add context, explain why you're asking the question, or encourage engagement.

9. Click 'Post' to share your poll with your audience.
