How to Schedule Emails in SendGrid

  1. On SendGrid's main dashboard, head over to the left-side panel and click 'Marketing'.

  2. Choose 'Single Sends' from the list of options.

  3. Following that, find and select the email you wish to schedule.

  4. Under the Schedule section, click the 'Schedule' menu.

  5. Tap 'Specify a Date and Time' to proceed.

  6. Provide your date and time schedule. Enter the details into their respective input fields.

  7. Once done, tap 'Review Details and Send' at the top-right corner to continue.

  8. Check the email details as well as the design. After that, tap 'Schedule' to finally schedule the selected email based on your input.
