1. Inside your Figma design canvas, find and select the object or frame you want to skew.

2. After that, go to the bottom section of your Figma design canvas and click 'Actions'.

3. Search for 'Skew' and select it from the suggested results.

4. Next, specify your preferred Horizontal and Vertical angle. Simply drag their respective sliders to your desired level.

5. After completing these steps, the skew effect will be added to the selected object or frame.
