How to Use Slicers in Power BI

Open your Power BI Desktop and go to the 'Report View'.
From the 'Visualizations' pane, select the 'Slicer' visual.
From your 'Fields' pane, drag a field into the 'Values area' of the slicer.
Customize the Slicer type by clicking the 'Format visual'.
Choose from the menu.
Change the slicer orientation.
