Click the Dropbox icon in the menu bar (top-right).
Click your profile icon then go to Preferences.
In the Sync tab, look for the Dropbox folder updates and click Update now.
Select Continue.
Click Close.
Proceed by selecting Start.
Click Continue.
Quit Dropbox and reopen it to apply the update if needed.
