1. Open the Excel file where you want to insert the picture.

2. At the top of the Excel, locate and click on the "Insert" tab and select "Shapes".

3. While holding the triangle shape, hold down the "Alt" key.

4. Go to "Format" and select "Shape Fill" then click "Picture."

5. After selecting "Pictures", choose "From a file."

6. Browse your files, select the picture you want to insert, and click "Insert."

7. Click and drag the corners of the image to resize it proportionally.
