How to Add Reward SurveyMonkey

Navigate to your desired survey and click on the ellipsis icon next to the survey title.
From your drop-down menu, select 'Edit survey'.
In the 'Design Survey' tab, click '+ New Question'.
At the end of the survey, add a question where participants can provide their email addresses for entry into the raffle.
Click 'Preview survey'.
Click 'Continue'.
Navigate to the 'Products' section.
Select 'Apps & Integrations'.
Under the 'App Directory' select 'My Apps'.
Go to 'AppyReward for Survey Respondents' and click 'Details'.
Click '+ New Demo Campaign'.
Select 'SurveyMonkey' from the options provided.
Enter the campaign name in the empty field.
Select a start and end date for the campaign.
Select your survey from the SurveyMonkey.
Click 'Next'.
Select the reward for your survey.
Select 'Choose' to confirm the action.
