1. Inside your Coda doc, navigate to your Google Sheets table and click the drop-down arrow next to the 'Refresh' button.

2. Following that, tap 'Settings'.

3. Head over to the right-side panel afterwards, then find Refresh This Table under the Sync tab. Select 'Hourly' or 'Daily'.

4. After completing these steps, syncing the changes made to the Google Sheet table in your Coda doc will be automated based on your input.
