Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select 'Settings'.
Under 'Settings', select 'Billing'.
Scroll down to the 'Billing' section.
Click 'Cancel My ConvertKit Account'.
Complete the cancellation by providing your reason for cancelling the account.
