Click on the top right profile icon to view options.
Go to Personal preferences.
Go to Email sync via the Personal preferences menu on the left.
In order to change signatures, you can either edit the current one or create a new signature. To do so, click on the + Add signature button.
Enter a name for this specific signature and enter the details below.
