1. Go to buffer.com and click "Log in" to sign in to your account.

2. Click on " Connect a Channel."

3. Click on "Instagram."

4. Select your Instagram account type.

5. Enter your Instagram username to continue.

6. Click "Upload Image" to upload your avatar.

7. Click "Set Up Notifications" and grant the necessary permissions to enable post reminders and real-time updates.

8. Your Instagram account is now linked!
