Guide

1. Hit Create > Zap on the left sidebar.

2. Click on the Trigger to define the trigger event.

3. Select LiveChat from the listed apps.

4. Select the Trigger event as New Chat.

5. Click on Account to connect your LiveChat account.

6. Sign in to your LiveChat account in the pop-up with your Email and Personal Access Token.

7. Now, select your Action event.

8. And search for Slack.

9. As for the Action, choose Send channel message.

10. Next, connect your Slack account if it's not connected.

11. Finally, Publish to establish the connection.
