Guide

1. Log in to Zapier and hit Create > New Zap on the left sidebar.

2. Click on the Trigger.

3. Search and select Pure Chat from the listed apps.

4. Select the Trigger event as a New Chat Request.

5. Click on Account to connect your Pure Chat account.

6. Generate and enter the key found here.

7. Now, select your Action event.

8. And search for Slack.

9. As for the action, choose Send channel message.

10. Lastly, connect your Slack account if it's not connected.

11. Finally, Publish to establish the connection.
