Slack superchat integration: step-by-step guide
Hit Create > Zap on the left sidebar.
Click on the Trigger to define the trigger event.
Select Superchat from the listed apps.
Select the Trigger event as New Inbound Message.
Click on Account to connect your Superchat account.
Enter your Superchat API Key in the pop-up window.
Now, select your Action event.
And search for Slack.
As for the Action, choose Send channel message.
Next, connect your Slack account if it's not connected.
Finally, Publish to establish the connection.
