Guide

1. Hit Create > Zap on the left sidebar.

2. Click on the Trigger to define the trigger event.

3. Select Wonderchat from the listed apps.

4. Select the Trigger event as New Contact Customer Support.

5. Click on Account to connect your Wonderchat account.

6. Enter your Wonderchat API Key and hit Yes, Continue.

7. Now, select your Action event.

8. And search for Slack.

9. As for the Action, choose Send channel message.

10. Next, connect your Slack account if it's not connected.

11. Finally, Publish to establish the connection.
