Guide

1. Click on 'Templates' in the left menu.

2. Click on '+ Template'.

3. Click on 'Select files' and upload your .docx file.

4. Once uploaded, PandaDoc will attempt to convert your Word file into an editable document. Click 'Make it editable'.

5. If the formatting needs adjustments, use the PandaDoc editor to modify text, add placeholders, and structure fields properly.

6. You can now use this template for multiple documents by pre-filling customer details, signatures, and other required fields.
