How to Count Cells by Color in Microsoft Excel

Select the cells containing colors, including the header row.
Go to the Home tab.
Click Sort & Filter, and choose Filter.
Click the filter dropdown, choose Filter by Color, and select your desired color.
The bottom-left corner of Excel will display the count of visible cells.
