1. Go to the Perplexity website, on the left menu, click on 'Spaces'.

2. Click '+ Create a Space' to start a new collaborative research Space for your team.

3. Name your Team Space to organize your collaborative research.

4. Explore how shared research collections boost team productivity.

5. Set specific instructions or personas for the AI to follow within this Space.

6. Click on 'Continue' to save your configuration.

7. You can now start new threads within your Space, upload files, and invite collaborators as needed.
