HubSpot - Workflows



Guide

  1. Go to Automation > Workflows in your HubSpot account.

  2. Navigate to Create workflow > Select From scratch.

  3. Select the type of records that can be enrolled in the workflow (e.g., contacts, companies, deals).

  4. Give your workflow a name and description.

  5. Hit Save

  6. Start setting the workflow trigger by clicking here

  7. Choose whether to enroll records based on events or filter criteria.

  8. For example, your trigger could be whenever someone clicks on a link on your email.

  9. Save your Enrollment Trigger

  10. Click on + sign to add the desired action

  11. Choose the desired action. e.g. Send an email when the event is triggered (when clicked on the link in email)

  12. Save your action

  13. Review your workflow and publish

  14. Turn it on to activate your workflow
