HubSpot - Workflows: step-by-step guide
Go to Automation > Workflows in your HubSpot account.
Navigate to Create workflow > Select From scratch.
Select the type of records that can be enrolled in the workflow (e.g., contacts, companies, deals).
Give your workflow a name and description.
Hit Save
Start setting the workflow trigger by clicking here
Choose whether to enroll records based on events or filter criteria.
For example, your trigger could be whenever someone clicks on a link on your email.
Save your Enrollment Trigger
Click on + sign to add the desired action
