How to create data entry form in microsoft excel



Guide

  1. Open the file in which you want to create the data entry form.

  2. Select the "Customize Quick Access Toolbar" button, and choose "More Commands."

  3. Find and select "All Commands."

  4. Scroll down and click "Form," and then select the "Add" button. You can finish by clicking the "OK" button on the bottom.

  5. Select any data on the cell and press "CTRL T."

  6. Click "OK."

  7. Select any data on the table you just created and click on the "Form" button on the quick access toolbar.

  8. You are now able to edit and view the data entry form you just create.
