1. Type /roadmap planner and select the "Roadmap Planner" macro.

2. Create lanes (e.g., Design, Development, QA).

3. Add bars to represent tasks or phases.

4. Label each bar and set start/end dates.

5. Remove unnecessary bars to streamline your roadmap.

6. Click "Insert" to add elements to your Gantt chart.
