How to Detach an Instance in Figma

Inside your Figma design canvas, find and click the component that contains the instance you wish to detach.
Following that, navigate to the right-side panel and click the 'More Actions' button.
Select 'Detach Instance' from the list of options.
After completing these steps, the instance will be detached from the selected component.
