Open Dropbox Web or App.
Navigate to the file you want to attach to your email and click on it.
In the popup, click the link icon (chain symbol) to copy link.
Open your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.).
Paste the Dropbox link into the body of the email.
Add an optional message and click Send.
