Click on your workspace name in the sidebar.
Select Tools & settings from the dropdown and click on Workspace settings.
You will be taken to the Settings & Permissions page.
Click on the Import/Export Data button on the top right.
Select the Export tab.
Set the date range for the time you want the conversation data from.
And finally, click on Start Export.
