How to Fill Down in Microsoft Excel

Click on the cell containing the formula you want to copy. The fill handle is the small square at the bottom-right corner of the selected cell.
Double-click the fill handle to copy the formula down, aligning with the range of adjacent columns.
Scroll down to confirm the formula has been copied correctly to all rows in the column.
