Input the values you want to calculate the percentage for.
In a new cell, type the formula:
=Value1 / Value2Press Enter to apply the formula.
Right click and select Format cells.
Go to Custom and enter "0\%", then click OK.
Drag the cell down.
The result will display as a percentage.
