1. Navigate to your desired survey and click on the ellipsis icon next to the survey title.

2. From the drop-down menu, select 'Edit survey'.

3. In your 'Design Survey', include response options such as "Male," "Female," and optionally "Non-binary/Other" to be inclusive.

4. Use 'Multiple Choice' type of questions.

5. Participant privacy is critical when conducting a gender equality survey. Provide only the gender options.

6. Use a variety of question formats to keep participants interested and to gather your data in a way that is useful and actionable.

7. Use close-ended questions. This yields quantifiable data that can be easily analyzed and presented in a chart or graph.

8. Use demographic screening questions at the beginning of the survey to filter participants based on gender. Click 'Preview survey'.

9. Once satisfied, click 'Continue'.

10. Select a method to share your survey.
