Go to the search bar and search for the person you want to endorse.
Scroll down to the 'Skills & Endorsements' section.
Click on the add icon to endorse the skill.
Select from the choices below how good is the person you're endorsing with.
Select your relationship with the person you want to endorse.
Click 'Submit'.
