1. On your Fiverr dashboard, scroll down and select 'Help & Support'.

2. Enter 'Refunds' in the search bar and choose from the results below.

3. Select 'Refunds'.

4. Scroll down and select 'Send a refund request'

5. Select 'Buying on Fiverr'.

6. Confirm the action by clicking 'Send a refund request'.

7. Once you've requested a refund, you will receive a response within 24 hours.
