1. Click '+ Create new'.

2. Click 'Select files' to import word documents in PandaDoc.

3. Once uploaded, PandaDoc will attempt to convert your Word file into an editable document. Click 'Make it editable'.

4. You can use PandaDoc’s editor to add text fields, signature fields, and placeholders for interactive elements.

5. You can either save the document as a template for future use or send it immediately for signatures.
