1. On the Admin Center tab, head over to the left-side panel and click 'Apps and Integrations'.

2. Scroll down to the Apps section and click select 'Zendesk Support Apps' from the list of options.

3. After that, tap 'Marketplace' at the top-right corner.

4. Find and click 'Aircall for Support' from the list of available apps.

5. Click 'Install' afterwards.

6. Enter your Zendesk subdomain, then click 'Install'.

7. Following that, configure the installation setting and provide the required information to connect the two apps.

8. Once done, tap 'Install' to proceed.

9. On Zendesk's main dashboard, go to the top navigation bar and click the 'Aircall' icon.

10. Finally, log into your Aircall account and grant the necessary permission to finish the integration of your Aircall and Zendesk accounts.
