Guide

1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin.

2. Click "Trigger."

3. Select "vTiger CRM" from the list of available apps.

4. Choose a trigger event, such as "New Contact" or "New Lead" based on what you want to monitor.

5. Connect your vTiger account and select the specific event to monitor.

6. Add Brevo as your Action App.

7. Select an action event, such as "Add or Update Contact" or "Send Email".

8. Connect your Brevo account when prompted. This only takes a moment.

9. Map vTiger data (e.g., name, email, phone) to the corresponding Brevo fields.

10. Run a test to verify that vTiger data syncs correctly with Brevo.

11. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
