1. In your Formstack account, head over to the Forms tab.

2. Click on Settings on the form you want to connect with HubSpot.

3. Find and click Integrations in the life sidebar.

4. Search the HubSpot search bar and hit Add.

5. Copy your HubID from your HubSpot account. (Go to your HubSpot account and click on the profile icon top-right to find it)

6. Paste your Hub ID and click on Log in to HubSpot.

7. Choose your HubSpot account.

8. Now, hit the Connect app button.
