Go to your Hotjar account and click on the Puzzle icon (apps) on the top right.
Search and select HubSpot. Hit Connect.
Click on the Connect with HubSpot button.
Choose your HubSpot account.
Now, hit the Connect app button.
Toggle ON Automatically send responses and recordings.
