Guide

1. Go to zapier.com and create a New Zap.

2. Click on the Trigger tile.

3. Choose HubSpot as the trigger app. (where the automation starts).

4. Start by selecting a Trigger in HubSpot. (Eg. New contact Added, Contact updated, Form Submission)

5. Connect your Hubspot account.

6. Authorize access to your data.

7. Now, set up the Action.

8. Select Klaviyo.

9. Choose the specific action you want to perform in Klaviyo based on the HubSpot trigger. (Eg. Add/Update Person to List, Track Event etc.)

10. Now Allow access.

11. Connect your Klaviyo account.

12. Map the fields appropriately and hit Continue.

13. Finally, hit Publish on the top right.
