1. Go to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.

2. Choose 'Integrations' from the list of options.

3. Subsequently, tap 'App Store' to proceed.

4. Search for 'Slack' and then select it from the suggested results.

5. After that, click 'Install Now' and then log into your active Slack account.

6. Click 'Authorize Access'.

7. Subsequently, click 'Allow' to continue.

8. After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be integrated with Slack.
