In your Confluence dashboard, go to 'Space setting'.
Under the 'Manage space' section, select 'Export space'.
Select 'HTML'.
Click 'Export'.
Once the export has been completed, click 'Here' to download the exported file.
Go to your Notion Workspace, then click 'Settings & members'.
Select 'Import'.
Select 'Confluence' from the choices.
Select 'Import via file' to import the confluence in a ZIP file.
